journals can be in character or out of character without the use of underscores or numbers. journals should have at least one icon uploaded and pbs should be 18+ and follow the five year rule. we require biographies of at least 250 words, which can be in the traditional style, facts, etc. please make sure to back/futuredate your ic spam posts and your bio/contact post. due to the current climate in the rp world, we encourage all posts to be locked to friends only.
one post per month is required of each member. this can be an interactive journal post of any type (social media posts, moodboards, a literal journal entry, an ffa, etc), a scene written with a partner where each person has responded at least four times (will count for both people, but both must drop it off in the activity post), or a narrative. narratives and scenes will not be accepted two months in a row; we'd like to see you interacting! further more, these can only be used every three months. that means in a three month period, you must have two interactive posts.
extensions will be granted on a case-by-case basis and the activity of the requester will be taken into consideration. we reserve the right to deny requests for extensions. while we do understand that life happens (and always comes first), we also have set very relaxed guidelines for activity here. we allow social media posts, mood boards, narratives and scenes/threads to be submitted for activity. historically, we have also been very relaxed and allowed more low-effort things to count. real life always comes first, but we do ask that some effort be made to be active outside of your slps. this all being said, we will only allow each character one extension every four months.
our limit is 3 characters per player and we'd prefer you disclose who you play, but it's not necessary. please only take on as much as you can handle!
while we very much encourage you to write all the dark, depressing, weird, and complicated storylines you'd like, we will reject/kick characters who are outright racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. we also assume we don't need to tell you to be nice to one another ooc, please don't make us.
